EPIPHANY CATHOLIC SCHOOL

The Parent Guild is a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among parents, teachers, and school leadership to enhance our children’s educational experience and strengthen our Catholic school community. We do so by collaborating with school leadership and administration, supporting teachers and providing parents with opportunities to become involved.

The primary goals of the Parent Guild include:

  • Enhancing Communication: Encouraging open dialogue and collaboration by involving parents in committees and volunteer opportunities to champion existing and new ideas and     initiatives.
  • Supporting School Events: Supporting initiatives, fundraisers, and faith-centered programs that enrich the lives of our students, their parents, faculty and administration through a network of parent volunteers.
  • Fostering Community Spirit: Continuing to nurture a strong sense of community and shared faith through volunteerism and engagement.
  • Promoting Volunteerism: Offering a variety of ways for parents to contribute their time, talents, and resources in support of school programs and initiative

The Parent Guild will work together with the administration and faculty to help carry out the mission of Epiphany within our community - thinking critically, working collaboratively and acting globally. Ensuring it reflects the values and culture of our school and our Catholic identity, the Epiphany CatholicSchool Parent Guild and its members will work to always represent our school with integrity and a steadfast commitment to Catholic principles.

All parents involved with the Parent Guild must be in good standing with their Virtus requirements, as per the Archdiocese of Miami.

There are so many fun and meaningful ways to get involved! Whether it’s serving as a homeroom parent or joining one of our 20+ dynamic committees, your time and talents make a huge difference in our community. Reach out today at parentguild@epiphanykings.com to learn more.

Why Get Involved in Our Community?

Being part of our school community is about more than just volunteering — it’s about connection. When you step into a role as a homeroom parent or join one of our 20+ committees, you’re helping to shape the experiences that make our school feel like home.

Becoming involved provides an opportunity for you to:

·      Build friendships with other families and staff.

·      Share your talents in meaningful ways that support our children.

·      Make lasting memories alongside your kids as they see you engaged in their school life.

·      Strengthen our community by creating supporting events, traditions, and opportunities that        bring everyone together.

We know everyone’s schedule looks different, so we offer a variety of opportunities to become involved — whether you have just an hour here and there or the ability to take on a larger role. Every bit of time you share helps enrich our community.

Every contribution — big or small — makes a difference. Together, we will continue to make Epiphany the vibrant, welcoming environment it is, where families feelconnected and kids thrive in an environment that nurtures faith, celebrates community, and strengthens our Catholic identity.
